I understand that if I cancel the booking more than 8 weeks from the start of the holiday (which I may only do in writing to the owner) I will lose the deposit. If I cancel the booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday the security deposit will be returned but the balance will only be returned to the extent that the owner is able to re-let the cottage.
The cottage is let for a maximum of 6 people plus a baby or babies in cots. I understand that the owner may terminate the booking immediately if this number is exceeded and I will forfeit the deposit and full booking fee.
I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions for the hire of Rock Cottage detailed in the website from where I downloaded this booking form.
